The World of Photography

I love taking pictures! On any given day you can find my camera in my purse.  On nights out with friends I am always the one snapping photos and posting them to facebook or myspace.  As a public relations major I am hoping to be able to incorporate my love of photography into my future career.  I am linking below two websites with photography tips that I have found useful.  And due to my other love of quotes I am adding some quotes on photography…

Samantha Jones of Sex & the City

On Monday through Thursday nights from 11p.m.-12 a.m. I can usually be found right in front of my television–watching reruns of Sex & the City on TBS! I have always been a fan of the show and Samantha Jones is my favorite character to watch. Don’t worry, I did not choose my major, Public Relations, in hopes of becoming the next “Samantha Jones”.

On the show, Jones owns her own Public Relations agency and dazzles her male clients with her promiscuous behavior. In her off time she can be found with her three best friends drinking Cosmopolitans at New York City’s latest ‘hot spot’. Any one who watches the show and is a PR major knows that there is a distinct line between fact and fiction when dealing with this PR stereotype! PR involves a lot of hard work and dedication, and if my past four years of college are any indication of my future as a PR Practitioner, then I know that there will be a lot of late nights spent working and writing and none drinking Cosmopolitans until 3 a.m.
